1.What is your Quality Assurance Terms ?

1) When you confirm order, we will send the final design to you.
2) After design, we will make a sample and send to you. When you confirm the sample, we will make mass production according to the sample.The sample will as the mass production standard.

3) If you received the cargo, It's not the same as the sample, and the blame
is on our side, we will charge it and discuss the solution.
 

2. How many Quality inspectors you have ?

1)We have 4 production Lines, each production line has 1 QC, They will check the quality on the production line.

2)We have 2 quality inspectors in warehouse. Before the cargo leaving our warehouse to client, they will random checks the cargo.If something goes wrong, they will reject the cargo send out.

3. How soon can I get a price quote? 
For most projects, once we know the style, dimensions, material, printing requirements and quantity of the boxes, we
can provide you quotation within 24 hours. 

4. How long will it take to receive my products?
