1. How Many Machines Do You Have in Your Factory?

We currently operate 10 advanced production machines, covering the entire packaging manufacturing process. Our equipment includes paper cutting machines, automatic box forming machines, automatic lamination machines, spot UV machines, foil stamping machines, and digital printing sample machines.

2. How Do You Ensure Product Quality?

We implement a multi-stage quality control system throughout the production process.
• Each of our 4 production lines is assigned a dedicated QC inspector who continuously monitors product quality during manufacturing.
• In addition, our warehouse has 2 professional quality inspectors who perform random inspections before shipment. Any products that do not meet our quality standards will be rejected and corrected before leaving the factory.

3. What Quality Assurance Do You Provide?

Our quality assurance process includes three key steps:
1.Before production begins, we will send the final artwork and design files for your approval.
2.Once the design is confirmed, we will produce a pre-production sample for review. After sample approval, mass production will be carried out according to the approved sample, which serves as the quality standard for the order.
3.If the products you receive differ significantly from the approved sample due to an issue on our side, we will take full responsibility and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or compensation when necessary.
